Talent Sourcing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for a high volume of frontline roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering talent in nontraditional ways, building meaningful candidate relationships, and contributing to a fast‑paced, collaborative recruiting environment where performance and innovation are recognized.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of frontline positions using creative and strategic sourcing methods
• Evaluate and match candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning
• Partner closely with recruiting peers and stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and sourcing strategies
• Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate activity within applicant tracking and recruiting systems
• Leverage technology, tools, and process efficiencies to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably supporting high‑volume or frontline roles
• Strong ability to assess candidate skills and align them to job requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Strong research skills and curiosity about labor market trends
• Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems
