How you’ll make an impact in this role Regulatory Excellence: Ensure total unit compliance with all accreditation and health‑care regulatory standards. Talent Management: Lead the full life‑cycle of staff hiring, training, and professional development. Operational Problem‑Solving: Identify and resolve systemic issues to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Policy Architecture: Develop and implement clinical procedures to maximize departmental efficiency. Fiscal Stewardship: Manage unit budgets and oversee expenditures to ensure long‑term financial health. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Bachelor's in nursing required. Work Experience: 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
