Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with Seasonal Shopper hiring for Whole Foods Market stores.
- Assist with store hiring processes and coordinate new hires in collaboration with recruiters.
- Utilize the Paradox hiring system to support hiring activities.
- Process HR-related paperwork according to established procedures.
- Support administrative activities related to human resources and recruitment.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines while working under supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seasonal hiring activities.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with hiring systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems, with an expected training period of approximately one week.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to support hiring coordination activities.
- Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and internal teams.
