What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients, primarily ages 0-3 years, within the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients demonstrating delays in daily living activities, neuromuscular, sensory, cognitive, or psychosocial skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients and families
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and progression
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress
• Document all services accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Participate in discharge planning and transition processes to ensure ongoing patient support

What You Need:

• Valid occupational therapist license in Kansas (or ability to licensure in Kansas)
• Prior experience with pediatric populations (preferred)
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and engage with families effectively
