Job Description You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location with an onsite work schedule. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency. Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications At least five (5) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality control standards. Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices. Experience in a leadership role within an assembly or manufacturing environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
