Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and facilitating efficient clinic workflows.

What You Will Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet clinic and patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Experience working with detailed information.
