Job Summary The Service Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the success of the service department through strong customer relationships, team development, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, setting departmental goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings proven service management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences.
