Just Construction are currently representing a rapidly growing national electrical contractor that has built a significant presence within the US mission critical market, looking to make an appointment for a Travelling Project Manager to support large scale Data Center projects across the US. This is a business with a substantial national footprint, major financial backing, a rapidly expanding data center division and a proven track record delivering some of the largest and most complex electrical projects across the country. They are now looking to add a Travelling Project Manager to their team for a large scale mission critical project in Iowa. About the Role Project Manager position within the mission critical / data center division Project in Iowa Large-scale electrical construction projects Major mission critical / hyperscale data center environments Working alongside experienced Senior PMs, Superintendents and project teams Opportunity to take ownership of key project scopes and responsibilities Long-term opportunity within a rapidly expanding national business Responsibilities Support the overall delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects Manage key project scopes from preconstruction through completion Assist with project financial performance, schedules and delivery Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project teams Support procurement, contracts, change management and project controls Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones Work closely with Superintendents and field leadership Manage client, GC and design team relationships Monitor project progress, manpower and productivity Identify and resolve project issues and risks Support quality, safety and commissioning readinessLead project meetings and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget Qualifications Previous Project Manager experience within electrical construction Data center / mission critical experience preferred Strong electrical construction background Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets and delivery Excellent communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel across project locations Salary negotiable up to $180,000 Additional benefits can include: Additional package elements based on current compensation and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Just Construction Recruitment
