We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our Fetal Center team. This role plays a vital part in coordinating comprehensive fetal, pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care, ensuring seamless communication and support for families navigating complex fetal conditions and interventions. Partner with maternal‑fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, pediatric specialists, and families to develop individualized care plans tailored to fetal and maternal needs. Oversee scheduling and coordination of fetal interventions, in‑utero procedures, and post‑operative follow‑up scans, ensuring timely and appropriate care. Provide education and emotional support to families, explaining procedures, interventions, and expected outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate seamless care transitions from prenatal diagnosis through delivery and postnatal care. Advocate for patients and families, balancing clinical needs with emotional and logistical support, while addressing financial considerations. Qualifications Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN). Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. 3-5 years of experience preferred. OBED, L&D or antepartum experience preferred. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Specialty certifications may be required per unit/department specialty in accordance with the department provision of care. Requires knowledge of personal computers using various types of word processing and database software. Requires clinical work experience, medical terminology.
