The Opportunity:As the Sr. Finance Planning Manager, you will be part of the Home Appliance B2B Planning Team and will be expected to provide support and coordination on Financial & KPI planning, performance management & measurement.You will work closely with many stakeholders both internal and external to the organization (including but not limited to Sales, Product Management, Business Manager, and other stakeholders in HQ).Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organizationReview and ensure that all financial resources, transactions, systems and procedures comply with accounting principles, company policy and standardsProvide support and advice to the ARC CFO in financial decision making, reviewing and approving general and travel expenses, financial analysis, reporting (AP and AR), budgeting forecasting and month end accounting closingDrive the development and implementation of our businesses' visions, strategies, and long-term strategic prioritiesManage the financial success of department by meeting sales, profit, and growth goals, analyzing historical data and current trends, providing strategic recommendations to maximize opportunities & mitigate riskDevelop the annual financial & KPI plans of team individuals in conjunction with top down direction and bottom up proposalsAccurately, objectively and constructively evaluate performance of sales individuals via KPI development & measurement processOrganize data for monthly report on KPI metrics & ad-hoc analyses, and communicate to impacted teams and leadershipParticipate on various process improvement activities and other special projectsFoster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and making recommendations for process improvementsEducation / Experience (Requirements):Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Planning or other related fields10 years of professional work experience in fast-paced finance, planning, project management or similar relevant experience preferredExperience creating business plans, analyses, and strategic plansAbility to develop effective working relationships with business representativesAbility to extract large amounts of data (database mining skills) and summarize that data into useful trend informationMust be able to synthesize information into actionable recommendations and analysesExceptional skillset in Excel and Microsoft Office productsExperience in OLAP or other database management is a plusBilingual (English / Korean) is preferred#LI-DB1Recruiting Range$138,000—$158,000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
