Our client is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall business objectives. Work Model:

• On-Site
• Primarily office-based with regular travel to customers, suppliers, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities as needed

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support business growth
• Establish and manage sales goals, KPIs, forecasts, and budgets
• Drive new business development while growing existing customer relationships
• Lead, coach, and develop sales, customer relations, and business development teams
• Manage domestic and international sales representatives and agency partners
• Oversee marketing initiatives, promotions, market research, and branding efforts
• Develop pricing strategies and conduct customer profitability reviews
• Improve sales processes, pipeline management, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or custom manufacturing environments
• International sales experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales analytics
• Ability to understand technical manufacturing processes and customer requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
