Outlet Store Manager
Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Full-Time
Snelling Staffing is seeking an experienced Outlet Store Manager for a growing organization in the Louisville area. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in retail operations, inventory management, team leadership, and customer service.
The Outlet Store Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of a retail outlet, ensuring efficient inventory management, exceptional customer experiences, and strong team performance. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and developing processes that support the success of the business.
Responsibilities
Manage daily outlet operations, including sales, customer service, receiving, inventory, and merchandising. Lead, coach, and develop outlet staff to ensure a high-performing team environment. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory processes. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities while maintaining organized inventory storage. Monitor outlet appearance, displays, and overall customer experience. Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach efforts. Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures. Utilize ERP and POS systems to manage inventory, sales reporting, and operational performance. Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with company leadership to support business goals and growth initiatives. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience in retail, showroom, branch, or operations environments. Experience managing inventory, receiving, and warehouse-related functions. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience utilizing POS and ERP systems. NetSuite ERP experience is a plus. Lightspeed POS experience is a plus. Experience in building materials, home improvement, plumbing supply, flooring, appliances, or related industries is preferred. Preferred Skills
