This full-time position offers the chance to make a real impact by partnering with a team dedicated to fostering student growth and well-being. You’ll play a vital role in the Pyramid Program, which offers intensive special education and therapeutic services in a structured, supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Start as soon as possible and work through the end of the academic year (June 4)
• Shadow the current BCBA until December for seamless transition, then take full responsibility for the role
• Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m.; occasional after-school meetings may be required
• One opening available; virtual interviews conducted for convenience
• Site-based at Ballenger Creek Middle School, serving students in an integrated special education setting

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active licensure required
• Experience working with students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to support multi-disciplinary teams
• Comfortable providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff
• Flexibility to adapt to student needs and program requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as a behavior analysis leader in the Pyramid Program
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to staff and students
• Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed for optimal student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and program evaluations
