Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Manager to oversee wireless construction projects and support field crews. This is a field-focused position that requires travel Monday through Friday, with some evening, weekend, and overtime work as needed. The majority of your time will be spent in the field managing crews, monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate professionally with crews, customers, subcontractors, and internal management. Prior telecommunications or wireless construction experience is strongly preferred. Core Responsibilities Manage and track assigned crews and construction sites Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and project progress Ensure crews follow company, customer, and industry safety requirements Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and project expectations Communicate project status, delays, issues, and needs to Project Management Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Review project scopes, construction drawings, and site-specific requirements Ensure crews have the materials, equipment, information, and resources needed to perform their work Identify potential project issues and assist with developing solutions Track labor, material needs, milestones, and overall project completion Complete and review required reports, photos, safety documentation, and project paperwork Hold crews accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and performance Make sound field decisions and elevate issues when necessary Preferred Qualifications Previous telecommunications or wireless construction experience Construction management, foreman, or field leadership experience Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously Ability to travel regularly and work extended hours when required Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions What You'll Get from Us At Heights Tower, our mission is to provide quality products and outstanding services to our customers, to treat our customers and employees in a respectful and friendly manner, and to be a positive influence in the community.
