Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a critical role in providing direct care to patients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with patient mobility, including turning, positioning, and transferring patients. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a clean and safe environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Document care provided and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. Assist with feeding patients and ensuring proper nutrition. Qualifications: Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Nebraska. Valid drivers license and auto insurance CPR/BLS certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and moving patients.
