Dental Front Office Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Front Office professional to join our team!
The ideal candidate is warm and welcoming, communicates well with patients, and can confidently manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy dental front office.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing the dental schedule efficiently
• Discussing patient financial responsibilities
• Presenting treatment plans and coordinating appointments
• Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
• Communicating professionally with patients and team members
• Helping keep the front office organized and running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Positive, professional, and personable
• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable multitasking
• An excellent communicator
• Experienced in a dental front office — preferred
We offer a welcoming, team-oriented work environment and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and being part of a great dental team.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:45am to 6pm
Compensation: DOE
