Customer Service Representative

Job Title Duties/Responsibilities: Data Entry; prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Reviews open orders; Checks documents for accuracy Checks data to ensure accuracy upon entry. Verify accuracy of data imputed into the database. Track documents received and completion dates. Back up files. Clerical duties including filing documents Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Required Skills/Abilities: Commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Education and Experience: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
