Customer Service Representative
Looking to trade up to a better opportunity? ACE Home Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives.
Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs
- Weekend availability required.
- Flexible hybrid schedules.
- Training: Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday.

Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
- Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits, communicate promotions, pitch sales opportunities, and cross-selling options
- Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
- Provide general inbound customer service and support
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
- Previous customer service experience in a trades environment
- Service Titan experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team-first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
