Required Skills: Valid and active Oregon medical license Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN (within 3-5 years) Current CV demonstrating relevant experience Clear DEA certification BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications Ability to provide sufficient case logs within the past 24 months for privileges approval Competence in both obstetric and gynecologic procedures, including minor surgeries and in-office care Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Nice to Have Skills: Experience with inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynecology Ability to handle emergency cases, including ectopic pregnancies and obstetric complications Familiarity with call scheduling and managing 24-hour in-hospital shifts Capable of performing OR surgeries and minor procedures independently Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Completion of OB/GYN residency program At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in a similar setting preferable Other Requirements: Availability for virtual interviews over the next two weeks Willingness to work flexible schedules including clinic hours and call shifts (weeknights and weekends) Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and hospital privileges as required Ability to adapt to the call schedule, including sporadic night and weekend shifts This opportunity offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling options, and a supportive team dedicated to your professional success.
