Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and winning business?

Rexco Equipment is looking for a Construction Equipment Sales Representative to grow customer relationships and drive business throughout an assigned book of business. You'll work directly with contractors, municipalities, and business owners to provide equipment solutions that help keep their projects moving and businesses growing.

This is more than a sales job. As an employee-owner through our ESOP , you'll share in the success you help create while building a territory of your own.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Meet customers face-to-face to understand their equipment and business needs
• Recommend equipment and service solutions that help customers succeed
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through closing and delivery
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales activity
• Represent Rexco at trade shows and customer events
• Stay informed on equipment offerings, market trends, and competitor activity

Preferred Qualifications

• Outside sales, account management, or business development experience
• Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, rental, agriculture, trucking, industrial, manufacturing, or other B2B sales environments
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
