Ervaren IT Support Engineer
Als ervaren IT Support Engineer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor complexe en basis IT-gerelateerde vragen en bied je essentiële ondersteuning in het dagelijkse operationele beheer van onze uitgebreide en dynamische IT-infrastructuur. Je maakt deel uit van een jong en internationaal IT-infrastructuurteam met het hoofdkantoor in Waregem, België. Een belangrijke focus binnen deze functie ligt op geavanceerd beheer van Microsoft Intune en modern endpoint management.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Behandelen van inkomende tickets op tweede en derde lijn, lokale verzoeken registreren, analyseren en prioriteren, IT-service desk collega's helpen bij het oplossen van deze verzoeken binnen een ITIL-gebaseerd kader.
- End-to-end beheer via Microsoft Intune.
- Compliance policies, configuration profiles en security baselines
- Software deployments
- Advanced troubleshooting van Windows, iOS, macOS, Linux en Android endpoints
- Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, profielen, mailboxen, gebruikersrechten en printers.
- Beheren van printomgevingen.
- Beheren, opzetten en onderhouden van conference systemen, wifi systemen.
- Uitvoeren van documentatie- en beheeractiviteiten voor hardware, software en mobiele contracten in ons documentatie platform.
- Rapporteren aan de Team Lead IT Support en fungeren als technische sparringpartner.

- Diepgaande kennis of ervaring met onderstaande systemen
- Windows 10/11 (zeer goede kennis)

- Goede kennis van Microsoft 365, inclusief Teams, Exchange Online.
- Goede kennis Active directory, Entra ID, group policy en printerbeheer.
- Goede kennis PowerShell.
- Basis Kennis telefonie systemen.
- Goede of basis kennis wifi beheer.
- Basis kennis serversystemen en virtualisatieplatformen (VMware, MS Windows Server).
- Basis kennis netwerken en protocollen (switching, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).
- Basis kennis Azure VDI
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om goed samen te werken met diverse persoonlijkheden
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige expertise door uitgebreide ervaring.
- Een grote interesse om meer te leren
