Overview RN Supervisor – Full Time Night Shift at Laurel Ridge (Genesis Healthcare). This role offers increased wages and a new leadership team. Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing with efficient and effective nursing care delivery and goal achievement, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations. Facilitate implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentor staff, and coordinate communication with other departments. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency personnel. Participate in staff recruitment, new‑hire orientation, and recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
