Future leader – support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing the store staff, with an eye on building your own future team. Sales driver – dive into the numbers, analyze sales data, and support the Store Manager in meeting sales targets. Operational expert – oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies. Primary contact – step up as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operations. Required Skills Hungry to learn – fire to soak up everything about retail management. Natural born leader – spark that inspires others. Customer service wizard – make every customer feel like the most important person. Detail‑oriented – master the to‑do list, nothing slips through the cracks. Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
