This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical housekeeping and linen services with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a thorough seven-step cleaning process to ensure assigned areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Perform cleaning duties including patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and common areas, as well as replenishing supplies and managing waste.
• Handle linen processing tasks such as sorting, drying, ironing, folding, packing, and distributing linens while maintaining inventory and quality assurance.
• Inspect surgical linens for defects, perform necessary repairs, and pack components according to case specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned equipment, reporting any needed repairs promptly.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards to protect patients and staff.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively, and take initiative to support departmental goals.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or support services is advantageous.
