Join Our Team! ISSVQS is hiring full-time Quality Inspectors in Sharonville, Ohio. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this could be a great opportunity to build your experience in a manufacturing environment. No previous experience is required—we provide training. As a Quality Inspector, you'll work on inspection, sorting, containment, rework, and repair projects while helping ensure products meet quality requirements. What You'll Do Perform visual and touch-point inspections. Use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment as required. Perform inspection, sorting, containment, rework, and repair activities. Follow written and verbal work instructions. Complete paperwork and administrative duties related to quality projects accurately. Identify problems or questions and report them to the appropriate supervisor. Follow company policies, work rules, and safety procedures. Perform a variety of inspection and production-related tasks. Work at multiple locations based on business needs. What We’re Looking For Follow written and verbal work instructions. Work Over-time as business needs require. Use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment as required. Provide accurate and complete information on required paperwork. Perform a variety of inspection, production, and administrative tasks. Follow employee policies, work rules, and management direction. Follow safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly. Maintain reliable attendance and arrive at work on time. Work at multiple locations based on business needs. Pay Progression Starting Rate 1st Shift: $18.50/hour After 90 Days Employees will join the Union and receive a rate increase: 1st Shift: $22.00/hour Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance, AD&D & Short-Term Disability 401K with a 4% Company Match Union Membership & rate increase on Day 91 Paid time off, personal time and unpaid sick time on Day 91 Physical Requirements Extensive use of arms, hands, and fingers to manipulate tools, objects, and controls. Perform repetitive activities for an entire shift, which may include grasping, gripping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, kneeling, or balancing. Stand for long periods on various surfaces. Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift. Frequently lift less than 50 pounds and infrequently lift more than 50 pounds.
