Project Executive - Multifamily - Greater Boston

A Greater Boston builder is hiring a Project Executive for its multifamily work, 250 units and up. You own the delivery side: buyout, subcontractor strategy, the field, the schedule, staffing, and the owner relationship. Project managers and superintendents report to you. BELMONT Search is a construction executive search firm. We recruit at the operating level for general contractors and construction managers across Greater Boston. The job: - Ground up multifamily, 250 units and up - Buyout and subcontractor strategy start to finish - One schedule, built with your superintendents - Owner and development team meetings you run - Project managers and superintendents reporting to you Twelve years or more in the field and the office, several of them as the senior person on multifamily that size, wood frame over a structural podium.
