As a Warehouse and Delivery Associate, you'll play a dual role—handling warehouse inventory, mixing paint products, and delivering orders directly to local customers with top-tier service. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. What You'll Do As a Warehouse and Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for:Delivering product orders accurately and on time while maintaining professional customer relationships.Mixing and tinting industrial paint, providing product expertise, and sharing safety/MSDS information.Receiving freight, stocking/rotating showroom inventory, and assisting with cycle counts.Processing customer orders received in person, via phone, or over email (including billing, quotes, and will-call orders).Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and vehicle safety protocols.Handling customer inquiries and complaints with excellent service and problem-solving skills.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:High school diploma or GED equivalent.Previous warehouse experience or RF scanner familiarity is preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory data entry.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative, customer-focused attitude.Physical capability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.Why Join Us in Bend?
