Regional Sales Manager Northeast

Mission The Regional Sales Manager Northeast is a field based position within a multifunction sales organization. In order to be successful in this role you must maintain consistent, quality support to customers, follow and develop new sales leads, meet sales volume objectives, coordinate technical support, intervene in regard to customer service, schedule sales calls, assist customers and reps with training, support product launches, provide market information and sales forecasts to sales management and ensure that sales administration responsibilities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Main Accountabilities Attain annual sales budget/volume Manage assigned sales personnel to achieve sales goals and volume Develop and sustain accurate sales forecasts Contribute to the development of annual sales strategy and action plans Maintain/develop superior relations with customer base Other assigned duties Requirements BS/BA degree or equivalent, engineering degree preferred 5 to 7 years’ experience in the electrical industry Experience managing both direct sales and manufacturers reps Leadership and communication skills Travel required up to 50% Ability to travel as needed, at times with limited notice, by air or car All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mersen
