We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to work at a premier aerospace and defense manufacturing client in Monterey Park, CA. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40–$45 per hourShift: 1st (Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm) Temp role about 4 months, to cover a LOA, could be extended long term Why you should apply to be Production Supervisor:

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Leading daily production operations and supervising a team of employees
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and ISO 9001/AS9100 quality requirements
• Coordinating staffing, training, and workflow to meet production goals
• Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in aerospace or defense
• Possess hands-on experience working in ISO 9001/AS9100 environments
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
• Meet U.S. Person requirements per ITAR regulations
