Salesforce Business Analyst

Job TitleSalesforce Documentation & Analysis:Investigate existing Salesforce configurations and processes.Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and visualizations to map how the environment works.Interpret undocumented systems and processes.System Understanding & Optimization:Analyze flows, process builders, and email alerts to understand and refine system operations.Assist with testing and validation, including writing and running test cases (UAT).Data Querying & Scripting:Use SOQL to query Salesforce data for analysis and insights.Understand scripting concepts (Python/JavaScript) to interpret workflows but not required to develop.Collaboration & Presentation:Work closely with the team to gather and document requirements.Present findings, charts, and high-level system overviews to stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint.
