JOB Title : Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Remote
About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with strong domain knowledge in Lead to Opportunity and hands-on UAT experience. The ideal candidate will be SFDC Admin certified and comfortable working across cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met and processes are optimized. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be SFDC Admin certified and comfortable working across cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met and processes are optimized. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements in the Lead to Opportunity domain.
- Manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Provide Salesforce platform expertise and ensure best practices in process design.
- Work closely with Admins/Developers to validate solutions.
- Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and user adoption.
- Salesforce Admin certification (mandatory).
- Strong UAT experience across Salesforce projects.
- Proven experience in Lead to Opportunity processes.
- Experience with Clari is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
