Finance Manager

Job Summary Copeland Chevrolet located in Brockton, Massachusetts, is seeking a Finance Manager to ensure dealership profitability by managing the finance department’s sales and profitability goals. The position is commission‑only with a competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $225,000 per year. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customers with benefit program information. Facilitate financing options and prepare documentation. Ensure all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines before submitting to lenders for approval. Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts. Maintain required certifications for the position. Assist the sales team with active customer engagement. QUALIFICATIONS Prior automotive sales experience is required. Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment. Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM). Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Self‑motivated, goal oriented, and able to work within a fast‑paced environment.
