Responsibilities

As a key member of our Village Services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents , ensuring their needs are handled with care, urgency, and professionalism.

• Act as the go-to resource for resident inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams (Maintenance, Landscape, Security, Admin) to ensure timely service resolution
• Provide clear, consistent updates to residents on service requests
• Track and document requests, complaints, and resolutions with accuracy
• Identify trends in resident needs to help improve operations and planning
• Support community communication efforts and promote village amenities
• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist with urgent or high-priority service coordination when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is people-focused, organized, and solutions-driven .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with customer service or service coordination (HOA experience a plus!)
• Familiarity with work order systems (Frontsteps or similar preferred)
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
