Infusion Nurse II — Home Care with Clinical Leadership

Option Care

A leading home infusion provider is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with treatment plans. The role includes developing nursing care strategies, mentoring junior nurses, and performing thorough assessments and documentation. Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license and have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
