Description
- Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Primary Care.
- This contract position, located in Jamaica Estates, NY, requires working onsite from Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours each week.
- Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care, managing patient treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Ability to develop care plans based on patient needs and team skills.
- Proficiency in implementing organizational programs and procedures.
- Experience in data collection and process adjustment for program requirements.
- Capability to educate patients on self-care management.
- Skill in facilitating communication between healthcare providers.
- Experience in monitoring patients and ensuring complete documentation.
- Adherence to standards for infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Completion of nursing training from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one to two years' experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med Surg, ER, or Occupational Health.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
