The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. This position will focus on Engineering and support within a customer’s environment.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first line of support for network-related issues, responding to tickets, alerts, and basic incident reports.Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity issues, hardware faults, and basic configuration errors.Monitor network performance, availability, and health using standard monitoring tools.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams with appropriate documentation.Assist with routine network maintenance tasks, such as port changes, device reboots, and patch cable replacements.Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and changes in ticketing systems.Support end users with basic networking questions and connectivity needs.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Advanced SolutionsSalaried: Salaried
