On The Job Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas Responsible for setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items Accommodate customer requests promptly Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations Know food safety processes and procedures Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team Have the ability to work on your feet for long periods Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Bring Your Own Excellent people and communication skills Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and perform Team Player 2-3 years of cooking experience required Arcis Team Member Lifestyle Perks!
