Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care within the Operating Room setting
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency during procedures
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise ancillary staff as needed
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Support patient education and answer patient/family questions regarding procedures
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Prior OR experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
• Preferred:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area related to perioperative nursing
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
