Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, relationship issues, and family dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, integrating therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of challenges such as depressive disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with other health professionals within the clinic to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care, including referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases and receive feedback, supporting ongoing professional growth.

• Engage in community outreach programs when necessary to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our client population often presents with multifaceted challenges, requiring a nuanced understanding of cultural, societal, and familial dynamics. You will play a key role in supporting clients through critical life transitions, improving their relational well-being, and fostering their emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid LMFT license in California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in remote therapy practice is highly desirable, along with familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital healthcare systems. Background in family therapy, trauma-informed care, and a passion for serving diverse populations will be considered strong assets.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
