Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with all policies regarding medical records, prioritizing patient confidentiality throughout the process.

• Provide prompt crisis intervention in urgent situations, employing effective therapeutic techniques to stabilize patients as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in trainings, workshops, and in-service meetings to stay abreast of innovative therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
