Warehouse AssociatePay: $22.00–$23.00/hr, paid weekly Location: East Palo Alto, CA 94303 Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Schedule: 5 days per week; candidates must have availability throughout the week. One opening is specifically scheduled Saturday–Wednesday. Dress Code: Steel-toe shoes requiredOverviewThe Warehouse Associate supports daily distribution center operations by picking, receiving, labeling, storing, and relocating products. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate inventory handling, RF scanner experience, and the ability to perform physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesUse RF scanners to pick orders and relocate products throughout the warehouse.Receive, unload, label, organize, and store incoming products.Prepare and process outbound warehouse products accurately.Verify product quantities and storage locations to maintain inventory accuracy.Move and stage products throughout the distribution center as needed.Process a high volume of warehouse work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.Perform physical warehouse duties including lifting, standing, walking, and moving products throughout the shift.Required QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.Experience using an RF scanner.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.Team-oriented and dependable work ethic.Availability to work assigned weekday and weekend shifts.Ability to wear required steel-toe shoes.Benefits: Employee ContributionHealth insurance.Health savings account.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.Flexible spending accounts.Life insurance.Retirement plan.Equal Employment OpportunityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Qualified applicants will also be considered regardless of criminal history, consistent with applicable legal requirements.
