Benefits Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless benefits administration and exceptional client service. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $83,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-level benefits inquiries Conduct enrollment meetings and prepare enrollment documentation Interface with benefits administration systems such as Employee Navigator and Ease Manage accounts ranging from 2 to 125 lives, with a focus on small groups (most under 50 lives) Support the quoting of new and renewal business as needed Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments and renewals Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in benefits administration, with solid experience in enrollment and processing; renewal/market experience is a plus Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Ease software preferred Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Team player with a collaborative approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
