Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Key Responsibilities Rotate through various departments (Sales, Business Administration, Operations, Leadership) to develop a well‑rounded understanding of business processes. Learn about sales strategies, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Gain hands‑on experience in business operations, including finance, HR and process optimisation. Work closely with senior leaders and mentors to understand team management and leadership principles. Upon completion of the program, take responsibility for managing your own business unit, overseeing its performance and implementing growth strategies. Participate in cross‑functional projects to drive business initiatives and gain insight into broader company objectives. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
