Private Dental Practice looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is an enthusiastic, personable, and “experienced” candidate, comfortable with all general duties of Dental front office. Looking for an entry level candidate with great enthusiasm! Will provide all necessary training!! Urgently hiring.
Duties:
- Coordinate, integrate, and represent all facets of patient services from the first phone call through continuing care compliance
- Marketing practice through helpful, kind, and considerate approach to patient needs while using excellent verbal skills
- Ensuring that patients understand their financial obligations and the timeline for payment
- Provide a warm environment for patients who are otherwise anxious and concerned about "how to afford dentistry"
- Responsible for some internal accounting duties such as insurance verification and billing among others, that support the practice's goal for profitability
Required: Customer service experience. Willingness to learn.
Compensation: $15-18/hr depending on experience and skill level
