Learning And Development Specialist

Our client is a fintech firm located in Manhattan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate and provide vision and leadership in the development and execution of departmental long- and short-term goals and agency strategic plan
• Oversee delivery of day-to-day learning and development offerings and ensure aligned with department goals and agency strategic plan
• Partner with the HR team to strategically respond to initiatives and analytics requests
• Ensure consistent, high quality internal and external communications highlighting learning and development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in learning and development
• 5+ years of HR experience ideally within a generalist capacity
• Advanced degree in Human Resources is a plus
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people, as well as an aptitude for teamwork.
• A demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively across all levels
• Superior organizational and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The annual base salary range is $125,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
