Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and sensitive psychosocial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a complete understanding of each individual's unique situation.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that define specific goals and actionable steps, continually adapting these plans based on client progress and changing circumstances.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and support groups, providing a platform for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
• Participate in collaborative treatment planning with the healthcare team, ensuring that all client-focused strategies are well-coordinated and effectively communicated.
• Deliver crisis intervention and develop safety plans as required, guiding clients through times of acute distress with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations, thereby ensuring the integrity of our clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a vibrant and diverse population comprising individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients grappling with issues such as mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. Your role will involve not just treatment, but also empowerment and encouragement of resilience among clients striving to enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with an active and valid license to practice in Texas.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based treatment techniques and methodologies relevant to mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and professional colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years’ experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or crisis intervention will be viewed favorably. Experience in community health settings and knowledge of local resources in El Paso can be beneficial for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by an enticing sign-on bonus. In addition, our benefits package includes:
