Senior Director, Reagent Operations

Danaher

Senior Director role overseeing reagent manufacturing operations at a Beckman Coulter Diagnostics facility in Minnesota. Responsible for strategic leadership across safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance while building and developing high-performing teams in a regulated GMP environment.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for site operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and financial targets
Build and develop high-performing teams fostering accountability, inclusion and continuous learning
Drive operational excellence through lean principles and data-driven decision-making
Lead annual budgeting and manage labor, expenses, manufacturing variances and resource allocation
Partner with cross-functional leaders to execute business priorities and advance operational capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such as engineering
15+ years relevant experience in manufacturing operations
10+ years managing people in GMP environment with compliance culture expertise
10+ years immunoassay manufacturing experience
10+ years driving lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement
Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent operational excellence experience
Proven ability to lead organizational change and sustain measurable improvements
