For more information, visit As a Part Time Physician Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Avon, IN. The scheduled hours are Tuesday and Thursday 8-5. Note: This role is scheduled to start in a Virtual capacity in October 2026 and then will transition to an On-Site role at a new clinic in February 2027.What You’ll DoConducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreementsPerforms procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection managementDevelops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of careEducates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and developmentOrders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditionsCollaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive carePrescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapiesRefers patients to specialists or physicians as neededMaintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and recordsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringMaintains state licenses/certifications to practiceMaintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable)Current NCCPA national certification requiredDegree from ARC-PA accredited programFederal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration)Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department settingWork-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
