Litigation Attorney

An established and highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Minnesota office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside accomplished trial lawyers on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to privately held businesses, financial institutions, and emerging companies across a broad range of industries. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Active admission to the Minnesota Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. 2-6+ years of litigation experience gained at a respected law firm or comparable legal environment. Experience handling complex commercial litigation, business disputes, or other sophisticated civil litigation matters is preferred. Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents.
