Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities when requested
• Perform wound care assessments and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
• Manage patients receiving PCA and epidural pain management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Surgical nursing experience required
• Wound care experience required
• PCA and epidural management experience required
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior charge nurse experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Experience working in a high-acuity hospital environment
